In the frameset are only my pages running and I don't prevent pages to be
framed.
However, the problem is that it fails if the web page does a 'refresh'. The
frameset gets destroyed:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<html>
<head>
...
<meta http-equiv = "refresh" content = "0; url = index.html">
...
</head>
...
</html>
