They would wouldn't they?
You need to ask them what. If they can't tell you, move to an ISP with
clue.
Mail should work very simply. Calling the function with the following
parameters should send mail
mail($mailto, $subject, $message);
If it doesn't, your ISP needs to tell YOU what to do.
