There's no way to find _ALL_ links to your website, since there is no  
big index of all websites on the net. Besides, how would you be able to  
tell if someone from an intranet (unaccessible from the internet) links  
to your website? 
 
The best you can do is saving all the referrers in a database, and wait  
for a while, and then check how many entries you have. It also enables  
you to see how many people visit your website via another website. 
 
Or you can "rely" on sites like Yahoo or Google; but they will only  
report links that they've spotted.
