I agree. A bit of javascript should print the prompt
itself so that when someone cruises in with
scripting turned off they won't be disturbed. I have more about
this kind prompt generation in the bottom 1/10 of this article:

Yes, that is a problem. I find the whole process largely pointless.
Why not just let them use the CSS you provide, or turn it off in their
browser and use their own stylesheet, or none at all.
