i'm sure most of us have notions of what is and what isn't well
written. but it's a different matter altogether to say what
constitutes well-writtenness.
to say a script is well written, and leave it at that, ignores the
question why, a question i think is important when you're discussing
style in a case-sensitive system vis-a-vis style in a case-insensitive
system.
(btw, i gather from your tone - from the text i snipped - you think i'm
arguing against case-sensitivity. i am not. neither am i arguing for
it. just sitting on the fence, eating cheese, playing devil's advocate
for both sides.)
