Set up my computer with a local php server on C:\Inetpub\wwwroot

I have two sites set a subdirectories under C:\Inetpub\wwwroot - #1 is
wofm and #2 is hortonweb

The trouble for both the sites is that it says the root directories
are C:\Inetpub\wwwroot and not the relevant subdirectory

is there a way for setting up each root directory separately?
