In point of fact, this nitwit sent an advertisement (spam) to one of
our vendors who sent it to SpamCop who sent it to me. Apparently,
this idiot is shocked that we would include a spammer in a spam
blacklist: http://tinyurl.com/l6bef

We have a Usenet and email spammer reporting someone who runs an
OBVIOUSLY non-commercial endeavor for commercial postings. That is -
by any definition - abuse. Frivolous complaints waste time and those
so-called "reports" are really advertisements ("Speech
Notifications") which are really just more spam.

The net effect is that my local ISP, the company that hosts our
dedicated server and our DNS vendor have ALL notified me that this
individual has been spindled. Go figure.
