 50 links on the main page and for each main link another sitemap...
 I am considering the advantages and disadvantages of a tiered sitemap.
 Only the number  of all the local councils in Italy is very high..
 I am trying to divide one part of the site in all the regions, provinces,
 communes (Comuni) and that is only a little part of the site, a very little
 part.
 You can see only a little part of the structure because the site  is under
 construction.

 Also, some parts of the site may be closed to unregistered users in the
