IIS is Internet Information Services (the webserver that comes with
windows 2000/xp). PWS is Personal Webserver (good ol'-shit), (comes with
windows 9x... long, long, long ago). Are you using php with apache then?
Tell us about the environment, that will help us find the problem.
I'd say you restore the original php.ini file, and try again.
