Could it be that the query is run twice? either that you have a strange loop
somewhere, the browser you are testing with is buggy and does submit the form
twice or more?
Try with clear the cache and restart the browser and see if you get some other
result, or even better with another browser (there are a load of "free"
browsers you can download, don't download those MSIE compatible "browsers" as
those are just a new skin for MSIE), firefox/seamonkey from mozilla.org or
opera from opera.com are two really good options.
