PHP/MySQL Programmer. London, UK - £25k + Bonus
The Internet Group Ltd is looking to recruit another 2 programmers to add to
its busy development department.
You will be a keen developer with a good background in technologies such as
PHP, AJAX, CSS and HTML.
- You will have advanced knowledge of PHP and associated technologies.
- Install and configure Apache, PHP and MySQL on both Linux and Windows
Operating Systems.
- Create, edit and Maintain a Content Management based site.
- Create PHP code with very little interaction from others.
- You will have advanced knowledge of MySQL and the SQL language in general.
- Run command SQL queries for testing purposes.
- Creating queries to extract data from several tables joined via common
fields.
- Use MySQL with other applications to allow data integration, i.e. using
ODBC connectors to allow 3rd party software to talk to the MySQL database.
- Create schematic and flow diagrams based on database schema
- Project manage a major project for the company, consolidating
approximately five separate databases into one company management database.
- Create planning documentation to backup you project management of the
above mentioned project.
- Create data flow diagrams using MS Visio to show the workings of the
current databases, and how this will transpose into the new management
system.
Salary is dependant on experience, and you will be required to work in our
London HQ.
