Well, then I Googled for "pclzip" and found http://www.phpconcept.net/

So, you are using PclZip which uses the built-in zlib compression in Windows-systems and
with "--with-zlib [=DIR]" on Linux-based systems.

See what a bit of subject line finagling and a heartfelt attempt will get you?

To recap, as long as the system has zlib support you are golden! I imagine the systems
you uploaded it to were *NIX with no zlib support.
