I find it's about the same to develop in either one. With a little
experience, you can find syntax errors very quickly in PHP, for instance.
Not many host support Java, whereas almost everyone support PHP.
Additionally, I find I can generally write code faster in PHP -
especially small stuff.
Don't get me wrong - Java is good, also, and I do use it. But PHP has
its advantages, also.
