Fair enough. In Cairo, where I lived for a while, the national dish seemed
to me to be fool (beans) and tamia (felafel), judging by the number of shops
and what so many basic orders were. Magnificent food. Considering your
interest in tabouli, perhaps you will expand your recipe section, you can't
leave a whole country out. Will see about submitting these to your site...
Naturally I will check to see that all your css and html on the submission
form is kosher first...
