Outlook supports both iCalendar and vCalendar formats, so just create the
event as an iCalendar or vCalendar entry and pass it as a file
"my_event.vcs" with appropriate headers telling it's a calendar file,
outlook should be able to handle it then. This should work for Microshit
Outlook 2003 at least...
