Hallo!
The code here outputs '0'. Why?

touch($filename); // Create blank file
chmod($filename,0666);
}
$fp=fopen($filename,'r');
if ($fp && !feof($fp)) echo ftell($fp); // should output nothing!
fclose($fp);
