Agreed. And $45-$70/hr for contract work might be OK in Minneapolis but
it's quite low for Santa Clara.
Typical equivalence is $1/hr. for each $1K/yr. salary. So that would
equate to $90-130/hr, which would be about right in the area for a
consultant.
