Not if you don't want to pay for it, there isn't. You seem to have
very particular requirements. The functionality you are looking for
can probably be implemented by putting together three or four
open-source packages, but they would have to be rewritten (extensively)
to rely on a common data architecture.

An alternative approach is to select an application that does the most
of what you need and develop additional modules to do what it currently
doesn't do.

Then, of course, there is the joy of developing from scratch... :)
