hi,

As you are php developers, I hope you might provide me
some hints about this or direct me to the right place to ask.

Currently, I would like to share my comments/reading notes of source
code with others. But I cannot find a proper php software that allow me
to do that. And I assume php is the right one I have to look at.

I have found the minix documentation website is the exactly what I
want. But I cannot get in touch with the authors of this website.
