 Here's what I have set for mine:
 
 post_max_size = 200M
 upload_max_filesize = 200M
 session.gc_maxlifetime = 18000
 
 I just saw a 164M file come in yesterday. I didn't make any changes to
 apache itself, just the php.ini file.
