1.+4. I do not know how to use a session variable.
2. I like it when you was yesterday on my site, you has choosen the
language. Today it's not nessesary to choose again. that's why I like to use
a cookie.
3. When I use setcookie() without header(), the cookie is placed. When I
use setcookie() with header(), the cookie isn't placed. But I need header()
for redirection back to Index.php
