If the user can selectively send you contacts, fine. If you email
*ALL* contacts, you're going to be considered a spammer by enough
of a percentage of people to get yourself on spam block lists.

If you were a stockbroker (of one of your users), would you want
to get this kind of crap *AT WORK* from all of your clients, with
your boss breathing over your shoulder wondering why you are getting
personal email at work?
