your perception doesn't meet reality often, from what i can tell. i can't
even tell wtf the rest of your cap means! you need to communicate more
clearly. this functionality is in place on high volume/trafficed site (in
case you missed that too). it is almost effectively the same as printing the
date() on every page. you appear not to have any idea what you're talking
about.
