A friend told me about PHP-Nuke as a way to do website maintenance. I am
not a programmer and have never maintained a website before, but I have
my own small site with nothing on it and would like to learn. This PHP
stuff looks like it is programming. I cn't even understand how to load
the program. Am I persuing the wrong course here?
