You have <a href="" > with no value for the href attribute. This will
cause problems. Try <a href="#" > instead, while you're testing it.
Owing to the historical use of <a> for both source and target of a link
(e.g. <a name="..." >, many browsers don't recognise <a> as a "link"
unless it has a valid href attribute on it.
