Realise first that any kind of download, applet, or the like (which of
course PHP is not) that takes screenshots and sends them back to you is
spyware, and will, at the very least, get your site red-listed on
McAfee's Site Advisor (www.siteadvisor.com).
While PHP cannot take a screenshot of what users see, you can have a
combination of PHP and JavaScript log where users go on your site.
This would entail some kind of detailed site monitoring software.
Google Analytics is a good start, in that regard.
