There's an error in your script. Try this one (tested, works here):
function CheckAll(value) {
for (i=0; i<document.forms[0].length; i++) {
if (document.forms[0].elements[i].name == 'DeleteThis[]') {
document.forms[0].elements[i].checked=value;
}
}
