Hi,
Not sure if there's a PHP-centric solution. These tools might be useful
if you want to share an audio stream:
shoutcast.com (http://www.shoutcast.com/support/docs/)
peercast.org
icecast.org
You will most likely need a server on your web host, or on your local
LAN that broadcasts the media.
