Hi Linda, we are basically using exampel #4 from that article. Email is
only going to email addresses from domains that are hosted on our
server. Nothing outside the server will receive the tell a friend
emails (ie. yahoo, gmail, hotmail, or 1 other domain that we have tried
that is not hosted outside of the server).
Any more thoughts? Perhaps the server has to be setup to allow this to
work properly? I did some more reaserch and found these:
Does your Host have permission to relay through the SMTP Host?
Does your host require POP before SMTP?
Does your Host require SMTP authentication?
Are your SMTP settings correct for the remote host username / password?
Do you think any of these can be the cause of the problem?
