By turning PHP on in the control panel for a Windows server at
Optus, and changing files to end in .php, includes got to be
working fine:

<? include "footer.txt"; ?>

(where footer.txt is in same directory)

Question: Is there a simple way to do this with all the .html
files without changing their names?
