I don't believe there's a way to automatically print something with
Javascript - the security risk is just too great.
Have you considered a VPN server/client that would allow you to log in
to your computer from the web? Or just doing this over a secure shell
(if you use Unix)?
Trying to control your computer remotely isn't going to work with a
technology like PHP/HTML/JavaScript, which are made to serve and display
content, not access a computer over the network. Don't use a hammer as a
screwdriver and all that...
