| I don't think you are in a position to state who is rude or not after the
| comments you made!
| I'm well aware that if I just use PHP to refer the connection this would
| result in multi connections to my home PC. This is not what I'm asking.
I'm
| wondering if it's possible to relay (capture and represent the content
| through web). Obviously you are not an expert so please do not reply
again.
| By the way I can accept "no" as an answer but only after further research
| and not from one single person that thinks if they can't accomplish the
task
| then it must be impossible.
then make this your second confirmation. "no" ;^(
not that it can't be done - simply put, that it is ludicrous to do it with
php in the manner you intend. aho has stated a couple of very good reasons
why and each reason goes to the configuration you intend. if you are curious
of how the "big boys" do it, talk to the online pornography industry...they
can give you the ins and outs (no pun intended) of streaming content.
however, be prepared for the same "no" and further objections that what have
been stated here. even worse will their response be when you ask the same
question again. they too will feel their previous attempts to explain things
to you were in vain.
hth,
me
