Sorry about that. The following code is the stripped down version that
still displays with the table corner 'overhang':

<HTML>

<HEAD>
<TITLE>Test</TITLE>
</HEAD>

<BODY>
<table border="1" style="border-collapse: collapse"
bordercolor="#000000">
<tr>
<td>Test text</td>
</tr>
</table>
</BODY>
</HTML>
