Not necessarily, but it might help a bit if some keywords appear in the
URLs.

I care more about my visitors than about SEs. I prefer readable
("speaking"), hierarchical URLs, so IMHO a URL like
http://en.example.com/category/subcategory/product/details
is much more user friendly than something like
http://example.com/?module=products&cid=42&pid=23&details=1&lang=en
