Now Im not sure reading back over my note if libmysql.dll ,need to be in
Windows/System32,as i had problems get mysql ,php and windows to work.When
im near the machine with in on I will take a look.as I can see no reason for
it to be in ext and Windows/System32 ,so this may be a cock-up on my part.
One thing that trips me up is not restarting the machine !
