FCKEditor open source license: what are the conditions for free use?

Hi all,
I was not sure which forum I should put my question in. Please forgive
me if I've used a wrong forum.

I want to use FCKEditor for a php-based website I am developing for a
company. I am a bit confused about the licensing issue. They seem to
have 2 types of license: http://www.fckeditor.net/license.

Under open source license, it says:

"For example, if you distribute copies of the library, whether gratis
or for a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that we gave
you. You must make sure that they, too, receive or can get the source
code. If you link other code with the library, you must provide
complete object files to the recipients, so that they can relink them
with the library after making changes to the library and recompiling
it. And you must show them these terms so they know their rights."

It looks like I have to provide the source code of FCKEditor with my
website. Does that mean, I give public access to the javascript files
or whatever files they have used in FCKEditor?

I just wanted to make sure that I can use FCKeditor in the website.
