I would suggest that you embed the css at this point so that it isn't
necessary to download it to examine it. When the site is finished, or
thereabouts, you could link it again.
It may help to entice a knowledgeable responce from someone that otherwise
wouldn't bother, or may not be comfortable downloading it.
