Basically not too difficult, if you store this info in some db mysql or
sqlite

Yeah I don't think this is a goog idea, better:

I developed something similar for the past few weeks, but my page
requires you to have a real server , no domain hosting.
Basically my app works this way:
c-application that is used by the php script to create a directory for
each client, it also creates all config files for apache and my app and
clones a initial structure for the page. the c-app is needed to be able
to run commands as root and to be able to restart apache from within php.
Then I have a php webinterface that is used to customize these pages, to
create passwords etc.
