Hi
I created a htm for that calls uploader.php
When trying to upload, I get the following error message:
Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: SAFE MODE
Restriction in effect. The script whose uid/gid is 4984/4984 is not allowed
to access / owned by uid/gid 0/0 in
/mounted-storage/home30a/sub001/sc14018-XLQD/mydomain/memberarea/uploader.php
on line 15
Were line 15 of my uploader contain:
if(move_uploaded_file($_FILES['uploadedfile']['tmp_name'], $target_path))
From what I gathered so far - I do not have propper permission on the
server's temp directory.
My webhost cannot help me with this...........
I read on php.net that yuo can copy a php.ini file to your root directory
and edit the line upload_TMP_DIR =
and specify the path of your own temp directory - I copied one of the sample
ini files, but cannot find that string.
Can any1 give me an idea of what else to try?
