In one word: lacking.
The page is generally blank, not counting the text itself. The image
files you're referencing do not exist on the server, and the markup is
all messy. Judging by the markup clutter, I'm assuming you've used
Microsoft Word to design the page. Your page ends up with 88 validation
errors, plus quite a bit of unnecessary markup, styles and comments:

Using Word for web design is a bad idea (for anything but planning the
content structure). I suggest you invest some time in using a software
package designed for just such a purpose. A good starting point is the
open source package NVU:
