Output buffering doesn't seem to change anything.  Of course I could completely be using it wrong.
 
 As far as it being a timeout..  I tested using a script that loops from 1 to
 500000 and outputs the seconds elapsed on each go and it lasts well over 7
 seconds.
 
 Any other ideas?
