FYI: in alt.php.sql the language of choice is english. With my limited
German skills I think I can decypher this Norwegian (?):
This cannot be done automated with 'just' the postal codes. You'll have to
purchase a database with the postal codes and coordinates, from which you
can calculate the distance to another coordinate. In most countries, the
Postal Service has something like that available. Ask other people in
Norway how it's for your country. The prices vary dramatically, but keep in
mind it's a very costly job to maintain a database like this, with often
postal codes added and/or altered, so mostly it doesn't come cheap.
For a guide how to do the calculation of distances, I refer you to
comp.databases.mysql, the topic has been answered there extensively, and
comes up every few weeks again.
