 The MySQL (4 and 5) documentation gave a vague statement that they'd
 implement foreign key support for MyISAM tables in later versions. I
 don't keep up with the bleeding edge for MySQL, so I don't have any
 idea what the specs are, or if available at all in their CVS, for MySQL
 6. At the very earliest, it would have to have to be 6+, I would
 imagine.
