First, this should go to biz.jobs.offered or similar. Second, speaking
personally, I wouldn't even dream of applying to work for someone whose
communication skills are this awful; on top of the cringe-inducing
IM-speak, you offer precisely zero information about permanent/contract,
minimum/recommended experience levels, salary range, etc.
