It ain't easy. You have to be a super-gold-platinum
fancy-schmancy Microsoft partner. That means, at the very
least, keeping a few MS certified engineers and developers on
staff, and paying a few dozen thousand dollars for the passport
license.
After you do that... the code practically writes itself.
