I agree that centering may not be a critical feature but in my case it
is noticeable. I have bigger previews than your example and also my
previous effort provided it so perhaps I am more sensitive to the
effect. I definitely wouldn't try anything like JS to arrange it but I
will persist with my inline-tables approach for the moment.
