I'm not sure if I need sessions or globals. I'm just trying to define
my question in slightly better than lay terms :O)

What I want is to have the initially Submitted inputs available or
'remembered' until the user Submits a change. I suppose a good time to
stop caring about retention of this info would be when the user is
content to leave the web page.
