Not for Bush and his buddies, it isn't. For them, war is
$$$.

Health care? No, we can't have that because it costs too
much. Renewed infrastructure? Too costly. Affordable fuel?
What, and dip in to Exxon's profits?

How about a war that benefits no one but the already
wealthy and powerful? Well, for that we have unlimited
funding.
