I'm afraid the short answer is "no". CSS 2.1 selectors are described at
http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/selector.html.

CSS 3 is still being defined. The selector part is at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-css3-selectors-20051215/

I didn't see anything that does what you want, but I didn't spend much
time at it.
