even more reason to speak and write in a more formal fashion...such as using
WELL instead of GOOD. it's like knowing the difference between 'i feel bad'
and 'i feel badly'. native speakers will know what you mean, while others
may misinterpret what was said...which may work out 'badly' in some
contexts.

well, i've not been on "job site's" web page - see how important WELL spoken
and written english is. as i have all of my work refered to me, no, i'm not
so privy to jargon used on "job sites" that purvey them.

wow. so were i to work for this fellow, your response really doesn't address
much. and, to my detriment as well - as a ticket across the pond would add
up to an expensive trip.
as for the "wellness" of your spoken/written english, do you not see you've
failed to support either case and have illogically mixed arguments, i.e. "it
is a short hop from here to there, thus the need for
english/spoken/written." bring it home with better linguistics.

sentence'. google should be on your priority list for that phrase about now.
regardless of where one lives globally, everyone knows that to be
'purchasing power'...or by some other common term. further, everyone
experiences it. so common it the understanding of this phenomenon, it
puzzles my why you would seek to explain it here. sorry, for me, the 25K UK
translation may very well be around 40K USD...it's still not very much.
